The voting took place both in the university itself and in its structural units in different parts of Ukraine. All in all 2238 people took part in the elections: all scientific and pedagogical, pedagogical, scientific workers, representatives of students and other categories of employees in 10 cities of Ukraine.

The result showed complete support of the Rector – 97,6 % voted for the candidacy of Anatoliy A. Mazaraki!

Since 1967 our Rector has connected his life with the university. First he studied here, then his scientific activity and work became part of his life.

During the years of his persistent work a team of supporters was formed, the university has got the status of the national educational institution, has become a well-known and respected educational establishment both in Ukraine and abroad. The mission of the university is providing elite education to the present and future generations, and the strategic goal is holding leading positions in the country and in the world.

Nowadays KNUTE is one of the flagship universities in Ukraine. It wouldn’t be possible without constant implementation of its long-term development strategy, developing quality education and the goal to be the best.
