Signed a cooperation agreement and a Memorandum of partnership educational programs with "l'oreal Ukraine"
General Information
Nowadays the active collaboration between business and universities in developing educational programs is becoming more and more productive. Enterprises have the ability to develop professionals with necessary skills, and higher education institutions can attract students, demonstrating real career prospects from business partners.
Such relationships were implemented through the signing of a cooperation agreement and a memo on partnership of educational programs with Loreal Ukraine LLC, held on the 12th of April.
The contract was signed by Anatolii Mazaraki, KNUTE Rector, and Mark Savchuk, CEO of L’Oreal Ukraine. Anatolii Mazaraki emphasized that it would be very important for the University to build partnerships with a world-known company in which young people can succeed. He expressed his hope for efficient partnership development.
Mark Savchuk, CEO of L’Oreal Ukraine thanked KNUTE for the partnership and noted that the company wanted to cooperate with universities of such a level. The company always creates an environment in which young people can succeed. Career, interest, growth, entrepreneurial spirit, and the constant setting of new goals are the priority areas of L'Oreal.
Veronika Popova, L’Oreal Ukraine HR-manager stressed that the best indicator of the university success is the demand of its graduates in the labor market. She noted that the company is an active participant in career days and vacancies fairs that take place at the university. Over the past three years, the cooperation with the University has become much more active thanks to the Center of Career Development: L’Oreal Ukraine is sponsoring the Business Springboard Contest; the company's representatives hold demonstration lectures, present business cases, etc. Consequently, many KNUTE graduates work in the company. At present, students of the University are being trained in the company, and then the best of them will be offered a permanent job.
