Author of more than 350 scientific publications, including 15 monographs. Considerable experience in scientific and pedagogical activity, scientific research work, training of 20 doctors of economic sciences, 58 candidates of economic sciences (doctors of philosophy) in matters of public finance management, budget policy will ensure the achievement of project goals. Advisor to the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine. Scientific consultant of the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on budget issues. Member of the Scientific Council of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. Chairman of the Public Council of the State Audit Service of Ukraine. Head of the specialized academic council D. 26.055.03 for the defense of theses for obtaining the scientific degree of doctor (candidate) of economic sciences in the specialty 08.00.08 - money, finance and credit from 2011 to the present. Member of the Academic Council of the State University of Trade and Economics. In the project, he is responsible for coordinating the activities of team coaches.

Ellana MOLCHANOVA (project coordinator)

Head of the Erusmus+ Jean Monnet project "Creating an inclusive university climate". Ph.D. of Economics, associate professor, head of the department of grant projects of SUTE, head of the 292 NMK "International Economic Relations" of the Ministry of Education and Science, member of the All-Ukrainian public organization "Innovative University", member of the editorial board of "Economics" Jornal (SCOPUS), reviewer of "Sustainability" Jornal (WoS). She has more than 20 years of teaching experience in inclusive groups at Ukrainian universities and at the business school of the University of Redlands, USA. Due to the performance of administrative duties at the department and the dean's office, as well as teaching activities, she has experience in organizing the educational process, organizing and conducting seminars and trainings. Trainer of the Erusmus+ Jean Monnet project "European integration of Ukraine in the public finance management system". Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor. She was awarded the badge "Excellence in Education of Ukraine", 2020. Due to the performance of administrative duties in the dean's office, as well as teaching activities, she has significant practical and organizational experience, which allows to introduce best practices into the educational process. Liudmyla KOZAREZENKO

Project trainer, doctor of economic sciences, professor, professor of the finance department, deputy head of the finance department for scientific work of the State University of Trade and Economics, laureate of the award of the President of Ukraine for young scientists, scholarship holder of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, has 18 years of teaching experience in leading universities, actively researches the issue of financial support for human development, is the author of more than 100 scientific works, has experience in organizing and conducting scientific events at the all-Ukrainian and international levels. She acted as a co-executor of the project "The EU Financial Sector as a Driver for Sustainable Development: European Integration, Policy Reform and Networked Economy Perspectives" of the grant program of the European Union "ERASMUS+" (2016-2018).

Responsible for conducting a part of the course on the implementation of leading European practices in the system of social protection and social security in Ukraine.

Galyna KUCHER

Trainer of the Jean Monnet project «European Integration of Ukraine in the Public Finance Management System». Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor, Professor of the Department of Finance at the State University of Trade and Economics. She has 26 years of experience teaching and researching public and international finance and Ukraine's European integration. He is the author of 89 scientific publications, has scientific articles indexed in SCOPUS and WoS, is the author of the monograph «Public Financial Resources» and is co-author of 4 monographs and 5 textbooks. Thanks to many years of experience in performing scientific duties at the department and duties of the scientific secretary of the doctoral special council, he has experience in organizing and conducting scientific seminars, round tables, and scientific conferences.

Within the framework of the EUPFM4UA project, Halyna is responsible for delivering a part of the course on Ukraine's European integration in the public finance management system, as well as organizing and conducting conferences and roundtables.

Mykola PASICHNYI

Coach of Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Ptoject «European Integration of Ukraine in the Public Finance Management System». Sc.D., Professor, Professor at the Department of Finance, State University of Trade and Economics. Reviewer of the journal «SAGE Open» (Scopus/WoS); Financial Innovation (Scopus/WoS). He has more than 10 years’ experience in teaching courses in the top Ukrainian university. Expert of the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education on the accreditation of educational programs (Ukraine). The head of research team that conducted a study at the request of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine: «Budget revenues’ formation as a component of government financial security» (state registration number 0122U001434). Moreover, he has experience in organizing the educational process, organizing, and conducting seminars and trainings. Laureate of President of Ukraine award for young scientist 2019. In addition, he won a Scholarship of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for young scientists - doctors of science (2023).

Mykola is responsible for teaching a part of the course: European Integration of Ukraine in the Public Finance Management System; organizing and conducting conference, and trainings.

Iryna LIUBCHAK

Trainer of the Erusmus+ Jean Monnet project «European integration of Ukraine in the public finance management system». Graduate student of the Department of Finance. Is engaged in research on budget formation as a component of macroeconomic regulation. As part of the project, Iryna is responsible for part of the module «European integration of the budget policy of Ukraine in the system of macroeconomic regulation».

Olena SUDARENKO

Jean Monnet, coach of the project "European integration of Ukraine in the public finance management system". Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative, Financial and Information Law, Scientific Secretary of the Faculty of International Trade and Law of the State University of Trade and Economics. Member of the Union of Lawyers of Ukraine. She has 25 years of teaching experience in leading Ukrainian universities, provided legal support for the 1st and 2nd All-Ukrainian congresses of state-owned higher educational institutions - April-June 2015, September 2016, Congresses of representatives of legal higher educational institutions and scientific institutions (by election member of the Supreme Council of Justice) November 2022-June 2023, and July 2023 to the present.

As part of the project "European integration of Ukraine in the public finance management system", she is responsible for conducting a part of the course on the implementation of European financial law norms in Ukraine, as well as organizing and conducting conferences and round tables.
