The Research Center for Food and Restaurant Technology is an interdisciplinary scientific center specializing in research into organizational, technological, technical, economic and digital aspects of the development of food technology, requirements for its quality and safety, increasing competitiveness, rational use of the food potential of raw materials.
In addition to generating scientific solutions for current problems in the field of food and restaurant technology development, the Center ensures the functioning of a constantly functioning communication platform where the academic and business community, practicing professionals in the field of food technology from Ukraine and other countries of the world have the opportunity for effective discussion and cooperation.
The Center provides young scientists and students of higher education with a unique interdisciplinary research environment that promotes the development of intellectual abilities, research skills and creative potential, a scientific career and, on this basis, the formation of an active, competent, creative personality.
