The Research Center for Organizational Change Management is a research and analytical centre whose members specialize in developing and implementing management solutions for managing the development of organizations in all industries and the development of change strategies at all levels.

The Research Center, created on the basis of the Department of Management of DTEU, actively participates in improving the managerial education of students of all levels of education and broad sections of the population.

An essential component of the Center's work is assistance in conducting joint scientific research and activities of teachers and students, popularization of management knowledge, including results of own research and development, support of volunteer initiatives related to the social responsibility of business, in particular those in which employees and students of the University participate.

The main areas of work of the Center are:
- assistance to young scientists and students in independent research activities on the problems of modern management;
– obtaining new knowledge, solving and practical implementation of current management problems through the formation of interdisciplinary connections;
– involvement of professors and teaching staff, students of education, academic and professional community in solving important scientific and practical tasks in modern management, etc.
