Research Center for HR Management "SYNERGY" is a scientific and analytical center, the members of which specialize in the development and implementation of HR projects that find practical application in the development of both business and society as a whole.

The Research Center, created on the basis of the Department of Management of SUTE, takes an active participation in improving the managerial knowledge of applicants of all levels of education, as well as broader categories of population.

An important component of the Center's work is an assistance in conducting joint scientific research and activities of both teachers and students, popularization of managerial knowledge, including the results of own research and development, support of volunteer initiatives regarding the social responsibility of employees and business, in particular those involving employees and students of higher education of the University.

The main areas of the Center's work are:

• assistance to young scientists and applicants of higher education in independent research activities connected with the problems of modern management;
• obtaining new knowledge, solving and practical implementation of current management problems through the formation of interdisciplinary connections;
• involvement of professors and teaching staff, applicants of all levels of education, academic and professional community in solving important scientific and practical tasks in the field of modern management, etc.
