The development of the information space increases the level of integration of social processes and the competitiveness of the national economy. Information technologies actively influence the economy, create space for the direction of its development and stimulate business processes that require an effective risk management system in crisis conditions. Today, the study of the risk management process of digital transformation in the conditions of war and economic recession in Ukraine is relevant.

Within that, the authors paid attention to the following aspects: 

• risk appetite management upon making decisions;
• approaches to the shaping and development of risk culture at enterprises;
• implementation of cyber security in the era of digital technologies

2. Innovative Entrepreneurship

Due to the galloping pace of the digital transformation of society, the dynamics of the leading indicators of enterprises' innovative activity indicate that the current innovation system needs to fully contribute to the innovative development of the country, regions and enterprises. Therefore, the search for new theoretical-methodical and practical approaches to the mechanisms of innovative development, taking into account the knowledge accumulated by economic science and advanced foreign and acquired domestic experience, necessitates the constant search and use of new ways and areas of realizing the potential of enterprises in the changing conditions of the external environment
