III International Scientific and Practical Conference
"TOURISM OF THE XXI CENTURY: GLOBAL CHALLENGES AND CIVILIZATION VALUES"
The scientific and practical conference "Tourism of the 21st century: global challenges and civilizational values" brought together more than 80 of the best scientists, educators, government and business representatives from Ukraine, Poland, Finland, and Great Britain. The conference was held on May 23, 2023 at the Faculty of Restaurant, Hotel and Tourism Business.
The participants focused on the importance of holding the conference in modern conditions and solving issues related to the recovery of the hospitality industry in the post-war period.The scientific event took place in a warm and friendly atmosphere, and sparked a lively discussion. Reports presented by domestic and foreign scientists and practitioners during the plenary session ensured a high scientific level of the conference.
THEMATIC DIRECTIONS:
1. World tourism market: post-pandemic consequences and growth priorities in post-war period.
2. Restaurant terroir: global trends and local technology practices.
3. Hospitality: global challenges and priority areas of post-war reconstruction
4. Sports management strategies of the 21st century.
5. Design: trends, challenges and opportunities
At the conference, relevant presentation materials were presented, which contributed to the active discussion and expression of the participants' opinions regarding global challenges and strategic priorities for the recovery of the hospitality industry in the post-war period.

II International scientific and practical conference "Problems and practical approaches to the production and regulation of the use of food additives in the countries of the European Union and in Ukraine" within the framework of the project of the EU program ERASMUS + Jean Monnet Module
Scientific events were held on October 24, 2023 at the National University of Food Technologies, Kyiv, Ukraine
The events were attended by the staff of the Department of Restaurant and Craft Technologies, consisting of: Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. V.GNITSEVICH, , Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. T.YUDINA, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Prof. M.KRAVCHENKO, Candidate of technical sciences, associate professor O.VITRIAK, Candidate of technical sciences, associate professor I.ANTONIUK, Candidate of technical sciences, associate professor A.MEDVEDIEVA, assistant S.KRAIEVSKA.

Networking "The concept of smart nutrition for schoolchildren: synergy
of culinary traditions and innovations" within the framework of the partner forum
"Education of Ukraine 2021: strategic goals and priority areas"
The scientific event took place on February 9, 2021 at the State University of Trade and Economics. The main purpose of the event is the presentation of the joint developments of the Department of Restaurant and Craft Technologies and specialists of the "Institute of Public Health named after O. Marzeyev" regarding the preparation of a collection of recipes (technological cards) of culinary dishes, products and drinks for school meals, which will contribute to providing children with healthy, high-quality and nutritious food.
Teachers of the department, such as: D.Fedorova, T.Yudina, V.Gnitsevich, O.Vit-riak, A.Medvedieva, V.Kocherga, G.Onoprienko presented the developed "Collection of recipes of dishes, culinary products and drinks (technological cards) for the nutrition school-age children. For educational institutions, children's health and recreation institutions, and institutions in the field of social protection". The teaching staff of the department of technology and organization of the restaurant industry together with specialists of the State University "Institute of Public Health named after O. Marzeyev" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 2021 participated in the development of technologies and the preparation of the educational manual "Collection of recipes for dishes, culinary products and drinks (technological cards) for the nutrition of school-age children. For educational institutions, children's health and recreation institutions, and institutions in the field of social protection". The study guide was recommended for publication by the scientific councils of SUTE and State Institution "Institute of Public Health named after O. Marzeyev National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine". An additional edition of the Collection was printed in 2022.
