Integrated Web system for business processes managing of the electronic trade enterprise

New information and communication technologies and processes of trade globalization have contributed to revolutionary changes in all spheres of human activity. The application of modern management models and information technologies in the field of electronic commerce is particularly relevant, which at this stage of the development of society contributes to the emergence of new business structures that use the information network to establish partnerships and carry out their economic activities. The problem that the research is aimed at solving is the complex problem of finding effective mechanisms of electronic trade based on modern methods, models and information management technologies.

Within the framework of the scientific direction, the following is carried out: the study of the functioning mechanisms of electronic trade market; processes modeling of formation, functioning and development of the electronic trade market; development of models, methods and software tools of e-trade using intelligent data analysis and business rules management systems within the framework of interaction of electronic trade subjects; development of models and methods of developing integrated information systems for the automation of business processes of e-commerce enterprises; development of information technology for managing the e-trade subjects interaction.

Information technology for identifying consumer priorities in e-commerce

Today, modeling the processes of determining consumer priorities in the e-commerce market is one of the most relevant due to the dynamic growth of this area of economic activity, both in terms of the volume of trade transactions and the territorial coverage of potential participants. There is a task of researching the mechanisms of identifying consumer priorities and developing an economic-mathematical toolkit that can be used to study the complex features of interaction in e-commerce and the development of effective information management technologies. The problems of the scientific direction are the study of the mechanisms of formation and identification of consumer priorities in the e-commerce market and the development of modern information technologies for managing interaction with customers.

Within the framework of the scientific direction, the following is carried out: research is carried out on the mechanisms of formation of consumer priorities in electronic commerce; the processes of identifying consumer priorities in the e-commerce market are modeled; models, methods and applied software tools for identifying consumer priorities based on methods of intelligent data analysis and data clustering are being developed; the structure of the client base of the e-commerce enterprise is formed, taking into account client and consumer characteristics; a management system for business rules of interaction with customers of various clusters is being developed; models and methods of building an information system are being developed to automate the processes of identifying customer preferences taking into account the consumer profile and a set of personal customer characteristics; information technology for identifying consumer priorities in e-commerce is being developed.
