The conference was solemnly opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting, Tetyana KANEVA, and the Head of the Department of Banking, Natalia SHULHA.

The thematic panels of the conference covered the following areas: theoretical, methodological and practical principles of sustainable development of financial markets; regulation of the activities of financial market entities: international and domestic practice; the role of financial technologies and digitalization in the transformation of international and national financial markets; fiscal, financial and monetary policy and their impact on financial markets; modern trends in the provision of banking, insurance, investment and other financial services; accounting and analytical support and transparency of the activities of financial market participants.

The main focus of the scientific discussion at the conference was on issues related to modern European banking standards, green banking as a modern vector of sustainable economic development, ESG risks as a component of corporate governance in banks, eco-controlling, modern technologies and innovative approaches in financial markets.
