Presentation of the results of digital inclusive study: SUTE in the AFID project

General Information

The SUTE delegation, consisting of Vice-Rectors Anzhelika Gerasymenko and Oleksii Kulikov and Director of the Educational and Scientific Centre for Business Simulation Oksana Trubei, took part in the final seminar under the Erasmus+ KA2 project “Providing Academic Freedom and Inclusion through Digitalization” (AFID). The event took place in June 2025, in Gdańsk (Republic of Poland) and was aimed at presenting the results of piloting inclusive study within the above-mentioned project.

Students of the virtual inclusive campus (VIC), created under the project, had the opportunity to choose from 12 educational courses developed by teachers from four Ukrainian universities (State University of Trade and Economics, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, and Dnipro Polytechnic National Technical University).

Between January 27 and June 25, 2025, 366 students completed digital courses in an asynchronous mode and obtained corresponding certificates. Among them are 147 participants that are originated from SUTE.

SUTE professors (Anzhelika Gerasymenko, Oksana Trubei, and Sergii Kravtsov) taught three inclusive courses (Theory of Industrial Organization, Business Engineering, and Startup Management in Tourism), which were successfully completed by 161 students.

The implementation of this project was made possible by effective academic cooperation and provided access to education for students with special educational needs.
