An International Experience of Mariia Kulyk, Professor of the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Business Management
General Information
From 22 to 26 September 2025, Dr. Mariia Kulyk, Professor of the Department of Hotel and Restaurant Business Management, took part in an international educational event on ‘Rebuilding and Developing Local Communities’ held in Opole (Republic of Poland). The event is an important part of a project implemented within the framework of the Fundacja Liderzy Przemian grant with the support of the local authorities of Opole. During the visit she attended the congress "National and Ethnic Minorities in Poland and Europe: Social, Political and Economic Aspects", which is a communication platform for discussing the cultural and ethnic diversity of nations. Meetings were held at the Documentation and Exhibition Centre of Germans in Poland, the University of Opole, the Centre for Public Dialogue, and the Fundacja Laboratorium Zmiany.
The participation of university representatives in international scientific events is aimed at strengthening academic cooperation with foreign partners as a key element of the development strategy of State University of Trade and Economics.
