Over 130 higher education students from leading Ukrainian institutions participated in the scientific event, including representatives from the State University of Trade and Economics, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Vadym Hetman Kyiv National Economic University, Sumy State University, Yuriy Fedkovych Chernivtsi National University, West Ukrainian National University, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Hryhoriy Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav, Vinnytsia Trade and Economic Institute of the State University of Trade and Economics, and a separate structural unit the Kyiv Trade and Economic Professional College of the State Trade and Economic University.

Doctor of Sciences in Economics, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, and Head of the Department of Finance Ihor CHUGUNOV delivered welcoming remarks to the participants, emphasizing the relevance of youth scientific research on state financial policy, particularly in the context of social and economic transformations.

The thematic areas of the conference covered issues related to financial policy for economic development, budget policy in the context of socio-economic transformations, financial market development, international finance in the system of ensuring social development, and social protection finance in the context of socio-economic transformations.

During plenary and sectional sessions, substantive scientific discussions took place on issues concerning the formation and use of financial resources of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, management of public finances in Ukraine in the context of socio-economic transformations, budget policy under martial law, financial support for social protection of Ukraine's population, efficiency of public finances as a component of socio-economic development, formation of State Budget revenues under martial law, the impact of international financial institutions on the stability of the budget system, and the use of artificial intelligence technologies in Ukraine's financial system.

The organizers sincerely thank all participants for their active participation, scientific initiatives, and fruitful discussions that contributed to deepening the understanding of current trends in financial policy in the system of socio-economic development of Ukraine.
