Requirements for ESG risks in a master class by a representative of JSC Oschadbank
General Information
On 5 November 2025, a master class for second-cycle (master's) students as part of the educational programme ‘Bank Risk Management ' was held at the State University of Trade and Economics. It was conducted by Natalia Parkhin, senior expert at the Centre for Standardisation and Digitalisation of Underwriting and Assessment Processes - ESG Risks of the Department of Underwriting of SME Loans and Proactive Credit Management.
During the event, participants learned about a comprehensive approach to integration of ESG risks into business strategy, internal control mechanisms, and the risk management system of the bank. The speaker shared practical cases on the comprehensive assessment of environmental and social risks during the financial and economic analysis of a credit project of Oschadbank.
The master class was organised in a question-and-answer format and sparked keen interest among lecturers and students seeking to gain a deeper understanding of the bank's ESG risk management process. During the discussion, the most active students were presented gifts with symbols of JSC Oschadbank by the specialists of the bank.
