The All-Ukrainian contest of student research papers «Scientific Initiatives of Land Resources Management»
General Information
On November 18, 2025, State University of Trade and Economics hosted the 2nd stage of the All-Ukrainian contest of student research papers «Scientific Initiatives of Land Resources Management» that was held via Zoom conference. For the second consecutive year, our institution welcomed together talented young people from different regions of Ukraine, which consolidated their research potential and demonstrated a desire to make its own, albeit small, scientific contribution to the development of the land use sphere. The event gathered a significant number of participants, that confirms active life position of students and their desire to share experience, ideas and thoughts across the academic environment. First Vice Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Nataliia Prytulska thanked representatives of other HEI’s for their initiative and participation in the contest.
The submitted papers were praised by the juries, who wished the contestants inspiration, perseverance and creative drive in carrying out further research studies. By the outcome of the event, the contest participants were awarded:
first degree diploma:
- Olena Yarynych (Kherson State Agrarian and Economic University), the research title: «The Role of Nature-Based Solutions in the Formation of Sustainable and Economically Efficient Land Use»;
second degree diploma:
- Eva Loboda (State University of Trade and Economics), the research title: «Comparative Analysis of Accuracy of Methods for Determining the Coordinates of Bridge Crossing Elements»;
third degree diploma:
- Veronika Bozhok, Viktoriia Hryshchenko (National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine), the research title: «Application of the Automated Bodenprobenehmer N2006 Complex for Qualitative Soil Assessment»;
- Yelyzaveta Shastova (Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv), the research title: «Updating Data from Unmanned Systems to Ensure Transparency of Land Use»;
- Artem Lashevych (State University of Trade and Economics), the research title: «Environmental and Economic Assessment of Land Use State (on the Example of Australia, Japan and Ukraine)».
