Professor Siegel, a renowned expert in the field of management and economics, shared his knowledge and practical experience with SUTE students.

The main focus of his presentations covered issues critically important for the modern world, such as:

• Organizational and Operational Resilience (Sustainability). The lecturer discussed methods and strategies for ensuring the continuous operation of organizations amidst crises, unpredictable events, and global challenges.
• Risk Management. The speaker focused on modern approaches to the identification, assessment, minimization, and monitoring of various risks that threaten economic activity and development.

The discussion following the lecture, which included students, was insightful. For example, Varvara Shpak, a SUTE bachelor's student, noted that Professor Siegel's lectures provided a new understanding of how successful international companies operate, and that this knowledge is not just theoretical – it is vital for future managers in Ukraine who will be building our economy.

Holding such events is an important step towards integrating Ukrainian education into the global academic space and strengthening SUTE's international cooperation. In light of current challenges, knowledge regarding the formation of resilient organizational structures and effective risk management is particularly relevant for Ukraine.
