Participation in International Academic Mobility at Riga Technical University
General Information
The State University of Trade and Economics (SUTE) has traditionally been an active participant in international academic cooperation. Thus, on 23–27 February 2026, within the framework of the Erasmus+ (Staff Mobility for Teaching and Training) programme, Dmytro Antiushko, Associate Professor of the Department of Commodity Science and Pharmacy, PhD in Technical Sciences, completed an academic mobility placement at Riga Technical University (RTU), in particular at the Faculty of Engineering Economics and Management. During the visit to RTU, the SUTE representative delivered lectures in the course “Quality and Environmental Management” for master’s students of the study programme “Logistics and Supply Chain Security.” The mobility programme also included meetings with representatives of the International Cooperation Office, administrative staff, and academic personnel of the faculty, as well as familiarisation with the material and technical facilities and the educational process of the host institution.
Particular attention during the mobility period was paid to studying the experience of using interactive teaching methods, ensuring multicultural communication, and exploring practices of organising the educational process and research activities at RTU.
Sincere gratitude is extended to the Defence Forces of Ukraine and the Erasmus+ programme representatives for the opportunity to undertake this mobility and gain valuable experience at Riga Technical University.
