The conference was attended by more than 100 participants - scientists from leading scientific and higher education institutions, practitioners from Ukraine and abroad. The event became an important platform for discussing current socio-humanitarian problems of our time in the context of global transformations and military challenges.

The conference was opened by the rector of the State University of Trade and Economics, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Professor Anatoliy MAZARAKI. In his welcoming speech, he emphasized the importance of a thorough scientific understanding of the experience gained by Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale war, and the need for its further intellectual interpretation and integration into the context of fundamental research into the problems of the globalized world.

The participants of the conference were also addressed by the head of the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Political Science, Alla KRAVCHENKO, who emphasized the relevance of the conference topics, outlined its key problem and discussion areas, and wished the participants fruitful scientific cooperation and effective communication.

The content and thematic diversity of the reports testified to the interdisciplinary nature of the scientific discussion and the high level of interest of researchers in the current problems of modern society. Of particular interest were the speeches of permanent partners of the Department of Philosophy, Sociology and Political Science: Rostyslav BALABAN - Candidate of Political Sciences, representative of the I. F. Kuras Institute of Political and Ethno-National Studies of the NAS of Ukraine. Olena KLYMENKO — Doctor of Sociological Sciences, Professor, representative of the Institute of Sociology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine; Handan KARAKAYA — Doctor of Philosophy, Professor of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Firat University (Turkey).

During the conference, the participants discussed a wide range of topical issues, including issues of social solidarity and resilience of society in times of war, modern social and philosophical transformations, ethics of responsibility in a situation of global uncertainty, problems of democracy, humanitarian security and information sovereignty, challenges of digital modernization of education and science, as well as the impact of crisis processes on the dynamics of social development.
