"Just about e-Oselia" – a Guest Lecture from the Representative of PrJSC "Ukrfinzhytlo" Oleksiy Lupin

General Information

Meetings with practitioners are always about obtaining the most relevant knowledge and practical skills. On April 23, 2026, FFO applicants had the opportunity to talk to Oleksiy Lupin, a representative of PrJSC "Ukrfinzhytlo". The lecture was dedicated to the state program "e-Oselia", which helps Ukrainians obtain affordable housing even in difficult war conditions.

The lecturer noted that currently Ukraine has the largest housing deficit in history, but thanks to this state program, military personnel, doctors, teachers, scientists, veterans and IDPs, including young people, are able to purchase housing. He introduced the listeners to the terms of lending, noting the main mistakes due to which borrowers are denied loans, and outlined the algorithm of actions when submitting an application, choosing a bank, city, and housing.

Special attention was paid to the prerequisites for creating such a program, the assessment of the current financial model, the directions of its recalibration and the roadmap for implementing changes. This was extremely useful, especially for the masters of the EP "Banking Business Management", EP "Financial Business Management" for their scientific research.

The atmosphere was lively: students asked questions about the availability of housing for young families, about the prospects for the restoration of the housing stock and how the program affects the country's economy.

The Department of Banking and the applicants of SUTE are sincerely grateful to Mr. Oleksiy for the informative lecture.
