Natalia Raksha is a professor of Strategic Management and Decision-Making process, Advanced Management, Corporate and Social Responsibility and Change Management. She holds a PhD in Economics and a MS and BS in Corporate Management, obtained at the Kiev National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE).
While at KNUTE, she held the role of associate professor and was appointed coordinator of the International Program “Business models, business strategy and innovation in East Europe” for Executive MBA (EMBA) students of the ESCP Europe Business School. She was also a professor of Master program in Management for English speaking students and Coordinator of the MBA at the Institute of Higher Qualifications of KNUTE. She also worked as principal advisor in Business Strategy for companies such as Auchan, Renault, Carrefour, Nestlé and Tetra Pak on developing strategic priorities, implementing strategic initiatives and managing change. More recently, her work has focused on leading Corporate and Social Responsibility transformation programs, working closely with Governmental Organizations to help build capabilities to drive strategic socially oriented priorities.
Her current research topics include strategy implementation, new business development, strategic alliances, change management, Corporate, and Social Responsibility. Professor Raksha has also a co-author of book in «Strategic Management» and author of articles on smarter strategy execution, facilitating change, organizational learning, comparative human resources management and strategy implementation.
