Educational Leadership Days

On June 1-3, 2023, a three-day All-Ukrainian forum "Educational Leadership Days" was held. The form was organized by Zaporizhzhya Polytechnic University with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Agency for Quality Assurance of Higher Education, the National Agency for Qualifications, the Institute of Higher Education and the Institute of Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, GS "Progresilni", NGO "Ukrainian Association of adult education", Education USA in Ukraine, as well as under the auspices of the European Year of Skills.
Our team had the honour to present the first steps of the implementation of their project. June 2, 2023. Project manager (Creating Inclusive University Climate 101084925 — CreatIUC — ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH) Dr. Ellana Molchanova presented the main achievements of the project team at the forum.

As part of the project, entrance (input) and final testing (output) testing is expected. The implementation of this methodology made it possible to determine the level of mastery of the training topic at the beginning of its implementation. The results of the initial test are used to prepare and plan the next module.
We discuss the results of two modules.

Registration for the online training "Creating inclusive university climate"

On April 18-30, 2023, the State University of Trade and Economics invites everyone who is interested in the inclusive model of higher education as a system of educational services to participate in the training module "Creating an inclusive university climate"
The module program is designed for 52 hours.
The format is conducted basis - remotely on the ZOOM platform.
Participants will receive Certificates. If desired, the basic module can be extended to 90 hours (3 ECTS credits) confirmed by an individual Certificate.
