Objectives:

• training of the management elite according to European standards based on the principles of "Good Governance" - good "proper" governance, taking into account the provisions of national normative legal documents, the latest trends and prospective directions of development of world and Ukrainian society;
• training of specialists in the field of public administration within the framework of promoting the implementation of state and regional strategies of socio-economic development;
• preparation of action plans for increasing the competitiveness of the Ukrainian economy on the world market, improving the socio-economic indicators of the country's development;
• determination of the basic principles and recommendations regarding the educational process, the main goal and strategy of providing higher education in accordance with the long-standing traditions of SUTE; policy of training specialists by the faculty of economics, management and psychology, based on the principles of formation of national self-awareness, patriotic and comprehensively informed personality;
• opening up opportunities to realize your potential and work in public authorities and local self-government bodies (managers of central government and their deputies, senior civil servants of local authorities; legislators); at enterprises, organizations and institutions (heads of public companies and their deputies, specialists in the field of project and program management, managers in the consulting, insurance and social spheres).

Masters in Public Administration acquire an in-depth knowledge of the latest features of public administration reform and territorial organization of government, theoretical foundations and practical aspects of public administration decision-making, skills of strategic planning and public policy analysis, substantiation of civil service reform and implementation of e-governance technologies
