The Department's mission is to strengthen the competitiveness of participants in the educational process of the University and its structural divisions in the global educational and scientific environment by deepening international grant cooperation in the context of the internationalization of educational, scientific, creative and organisational and financial activities of DTEU. The Department of Grant Projects constantly monitors and systematizes announcements about holding contests for grant financing of projects within the framework of the "Digest of Grant Projects" initiative.

The tasks of the Department of Grant Projects  are:
- monitoring of announcements about holding contests for grant financing of projects;
- informing all interested participants of the educational and scientific process of DTEU regarding participation in the preparation of applications for participation in grant project competitions;
- organization and holding of master classes, trainings on the preparation of grant applications, submission of documents, as well as during the implementation of the grant project;
- to promote the development of research work at the University to achieve the parameters of a research university;
- to ensure the integration of participants in the educational process of SUTE  with stakeholders in the implementation of grant projects.
