Creating Inclusive University Climate

From April 18 to 24, 2023, the project team conducted the first Module "Creating an Inclusive University Climate". PhD students, academic staff of SUTE and other Ukrainian universities took part in the Module.

The interdisciplinary team revealed different aspects of an inclusive environment:

social responsibility of higher education institutions;
world and Ukrainian experience of higher education;
the potential of philosophy in the formation of a safe and tolerant educational space;
ecological communication in the educational environment: methods and techniques of interaction;
modern solutions for the use of assistive technologies in EU member states based on neural networks;
principles of gamification implementation in the educational process.

Discussions regarding the formation of inclusion sub-indices were particularly active: inclusive policy, culture and practice. Representatives of the departments of software engineering and cyber security and the department of Accounting and Taxation showed special interest and active participation in the discussions.
