Students of specialty “Economic Cybernetics” headed by the Head of the Department of Economic Cybernetics A. Roskladka and other professors took part in work of the International scientific school «Fall 2015 School on Applied Mathematics and Statistics» on October, 5-9, 2015.
Lectures were delivered in English by following German and American professors:
- Robert Denk (University of Konstanz, Germany)
- J. Marcus Jobe (Miami University, Oxford, OH, USA)
- Michael Kupper (University of Konstanz, Germany)
- Michael Pokojovy (University of Konstanz, Germany and Charles University in Prague, Prague, Czech Republic)
- Reinhard Racke (University of Konstanz, Germany).
During Scientific School were represented lectures in the field of modern problems of Applied Mathematics and Statistical Analysis
- Risk measures and duality formulas for robust pricing and hedging (Michael Kupper)
- Stability of linear and nonlinear evolution equations (Reinhard Racke)
- Maximal regularity for parabolic evolution equations (Robert Denk)
- Total Quality Management, elementary statistical methods & measurement error and survey of Data Mining topics (J. Marcus Jobe)
- Numerical analysis of PDE and SDE (Michael Pokojovy)
