In order to increase the level of skills for specialists in the field of tourism and resorts as well as to improve the methodology and practice of teaching professional courses, the department supports and develops business relations with representatives of institutions, organizations and enterprises in the field of tourism and hospitality. There are: Ministry of Economy, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine , Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine, State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the national body for technical regulation - SE UkrNDNC (functioning of the subcommittee "Tourism and services in the field of tourism" and "Exhibition services" within the scope of TC-118 "Services of trade, restaurant industry, tourism and exhibition", participation in extended meetings of boards, mutual consultations); Department of Economy and Investments of the executive body of the Kyiv City Council (Kyiv City State Administration) and the municipal enterprise "Kyiv City Tourist and Information Center" (participation in scientific research, work of extended boards, scientific and practical seminars, conferences, preparing problematic lectures, chairmanship of the State Exam Committee work, mutual consultations, including work in the TC subsection); Ukrainian Association of Active and Ecological Tourism (participation in scientific and practical seminars, mutual consultation), Ukrainian Public Organization "Tourist Association of Ukraine" (participation in seminars, meetings); League of tour guides of Ukraine (participation in seminars, meetings); Department of Tourism and Promotions of the Kyiv City State Administration (joint scientific investigations, scientific and practical consultations, participation in conferences and working meetings, information support for course and diploma student works, scientific and research work of post graduate and doctoral students, personnel). In total, up to 70 agreements were concluded with enterprises and organizations in Ukraine and abroad.
