The lecture for students of "Management in the Field of Economic Competition" major was held by the lawyer of the Federal Trade Commission (USA) - Brian Telpner, who shared with students his experience on legalization of mergers, characterized by the potential restriction of competition in the market.

This is the fourth lecture of the spring series of lectures by the representatives of the North American competition authorities. And in two weeks students will meet with Mr. Telpner colleague – a representative of the Ministry of Justice Alexandra Shepard, who will talk to students about the problem of cartels in the US economy.
