On 27 – 31 March 2017 in Kharkiv trade and economic institute KNUTE 4th module of the project “Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement with the EU: advantages and downsides for the Ukrainian society” was held.

Among the participants of the project majority were representative of Kharkiv educational establishments: Simon Kuznets Kharkiv National University of Economics, Vasyl Karazin Kharkiv National University, Scientific-research laboratory of extreme and crisis psychology NCPU, National University of Pharmacy, Kharkiv National university of construction and architecture, V.V. Dokuchaiev Kharkiv National agriculture university, Petro Vasylenko Kjarkiv National Technical University of Agriculture, O.M. Beketov National university of Urban Economy in Kharkiv.

Also, among the attendants were representatives of state institutions and small businesses, that gave opportunity to provide multi-branch and interdisciplinary effect of knowledge popularization regarding preferences and disadvantages of DCFTA for Ukrainian society.

     Participants of the project were particularly interested in advantages and disadvantages of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and EU in separate economic areas, in adaptation of Ukrainian legislative norms to EU’s, customs specifics and facilitation of trade within Agreement etc.

Among the positive results was a 65% participants’ knowledge growth that was assessed from ration of preliminary and final tests, that shows the effectiveness of chosen didactic tools of project’s realization.

Deepening of partner relations between participants and lecturers of the project is an important achievement that influenced on positive effect of joint study in the process of realization of aim and task of the project. On the results of project realization each participants received certificate of participation (in Ukrainian and English) that were signed by Rector Anatolii Mazaraki.

Next stage of project realization is planned to hold in June 2017 at KNUTE.
