On April 6, 2017 Under the project «B2S by Arricano» - «Business to Students», cooperation of Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics with the Arricano Real Estate Plc. company there was held a lecture by the Multiplex Holding marketing director Anastasiia Davydova "It is not taught at the university. Key factors of success that come with experience".
The speaker revealed the secret of organizing business processes in the company, identified the key competencies of graduates, one of which is ambitiousness, and illustrated them by personal example.
Also students learned about basic mistakes of professionals in their daily activities. Anastasiia drew attention to the fact that no one should be afraid of this, because any mistake is the experience; even a job loss is the experience and a way to change for the better.
The students thanked the organizers for the opportunity to communicate with a top manager. They are looking forward to the next meeting.
