The purpose of the agreement is to increase collaboration of the University with public and business organizations, to provide the society, the labour market and the state with highly qualified specialists.

The representatives of ULIE at the meeting on the occasion of signing the agreement were:

1. Anatolii Kinakh – the President of ULIE;

2. Oleksandra Blavdzevych – the Vice-President of ULIE;

3. Liudmyla Zhuk – the Vice-President of ULIE.

KNUTE was represented by: Anatolii Mazaraki, the rector of the University, Nataliia Prytulska, the first Vice-Rector on scientific and pedagogical work, representatives of the administration board, deans, and heads of departments. The participants of the signing ceremony were greeted by Anatolii Mazaraki: "...Today is a historic day. The activity and 25-year-old history of the Ukrainian League of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs is closely connected with the influence on social and economic development of our country. Our cooperation is important to ensure the quality of the educational process. Curricula of all the subjects in general and professional ones in particular must be developed in cooperation with partners-practitioners. So, the importance of today's event cannot be overestimated...".

Anatolii Kinakh, the President of ULIE said: "We are integrating into the world, the European community, but it is important to choose the right way. Our future depends on our will, work, and responsibility. Our cooperation will help to create conditions for the youth to work and develop their skills in their native country; however, all the standards must meet the requirements of the modern world. Education is definitely a key element in the future development".

A solemn signing of the agreement and discussion between the parties took place after the greetings. Then the representatives of both parties exchanged symbolic gifts.

The ceremony ended with wishes of effective work and cooperation.
