24 January 2008, in solemn atmosphere in the presence of teachers, students signed an agreement on cooperation of the University and the Higher economic court of Ukraine. Rector А.А. Маzaraki told about the origins of the organization of training in law, in particular commercial law, about the work on perfection of educational process, with a focus students to acquire practical skills of existing judicial proceedings. Creation of a branch of the Department of commercial law KNTEU, the Supreme economic court of Ukraine will contribute to the practical training of students, scientific research, improving the qualification of teachers.
    the participants were welcomed by Chairman of the Supreme economic court of Ukraine S.F. Demchenko, candidate of legal Sciences, honored lawyer of Ukraine, who noted the importance of the event of signing the agreement on cooperation with the University, which started a long time ago and is a great benefit as economic court and of the University. It was noted that students deepen their theoretical knowledge with lawmaking. The activity of the branch of the chair of commercial law serve to intensify the cooperation between the institutions, the successful solution of problems faced by both organizations.
