General Information

Kateryna Ladychenko, Dean of the Faculty of International Trade and Law and Nataliia Iksarova, associate professor of the Department of International Economics taught the disciplines «International strategies of economic development» and «European integration» in English at the leading HEI of France – University Grenoble Alpes under the framework of the program of European Union Erasmus+ «Learning Mobility» from 9 till 22, October.

Both disciplines were chosen by French partners from the list of all the English-taught disciplines of our university. Kateryna Ladychenko and Nataliia Iksarova had been teaching the disciplines for French students and also for the students from German, Canada, Denmark, Italy, China and Japan, who study in Grenoble under exchange program. Within the frameworks of the visit to the University Grenoble Alpes, the meeting of our teachers with Alexis Garapin, Dean of the Economic Faculty and Faruc Ülgen, Director of International Relations Department was held. During this meeting the questions of further cooperation between universities were discussed.

Cooperation with the University Grenoble Alpes has been starting in 2013 and during this period 30 students of KNUTE had a chance to study under the framework of double degree program «Bachelor degree in economy and management». 11 students have already enrolled on this program for 2017-2018 academic year.

10 KNUTE students are going to study at the University Grenoble Alpes within the program of European Union Erasmus+ «Learning Mobility» in the second semester. Also the delegation from the University Grenoble Alpes will officially visit KNUTE from 14 till 18, November, 2017. Students, who successfully finished their studies under the program in 2016, will be awarded the diplomas. Also it is planned the delivery of ID cards to students of this year and presentation of the University Grenoble Alpes and conditions of study under the framework of double degree program «Bachelor degree in economy and management» during the visit. It should be recalled that English language proficiency, not less than B2 level according to European Union standards, was a strong requirement for participation in Erasmus+ international learning mobility program.
