During the round table the questions concerning the draft of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decree “On Introduction of Changes to the List of Subject Fields and Specialties for Higher Educational Institutions”, published on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine were discussed.

The participants of the round table were unanimous and supported the idea of distinguishing two separate specialties 077 Trade and Commodity Science and 078 Logistics and Supply Chain Management in 07 Management and Administration Subject Field.

The participants of the round table also signed the Resolution, in which they addressed the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine with the request to support the project of amendments to the decree # 266 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated April 29, 2015.

The Resolution was signed by 13 higher educational institutions of Ukraine:

• Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics;
• Lviv University of Trade and Economics;
• Kharkiv State University of Food Technology and Trade;
• Chernihiv National University of Technology;
• Lviv Polytechnic National University;
• Kherson National Technical University;
• Poltava University of Economics and Trade;
• Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture;
• Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies;
• National University of Food Technologies (Kyiv);
• Vinnytsia Institute of Trade and Economics of KNUTE;
• National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine;
• Khmelnytskyi College of Trade and Economics of KNUTE.
