Goodnes for the Sake of Life – Blood Donor Days in KNUTE
General Information
Multiple studies conducted by scientists from all over the world aimed at creating blood substitute did not bring any results. Human blood cannot be substituted by anything else. That’s why donors remain the only alternative for saving lives. Nowadays one can hardly count people whose lives were saved because of donor blood.
Traditionally on November 21-24, 2017, Blood Donor Days charity event was arranged in KNUTE. All the necessary conditions for blood sampling were provided so anyone who wanted to share blood and save somebody’s life could do so.
After donating blood all donors received juice and a bracelet which said “I Am KNUTE Blood Donor”.
Thanks to deep concern of KNUTE students and employees, the University has always been the leader in blood donor movement in Kyiv and this year we did a good job as well.
