SOVa Teasher Training Day Conference for English Teachers
General Information
The 4th Conference “SOVa Teacher Training Day” was held in Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics on the 24th February 2018. More than 300 teachers from different cities and towns of Ukraine attended the conference in order to discuss the burning issues in the field of English as a second language (ESL) teaching.
During the plenary session, the co-organizers of the event welcomed the audience. They were: Lana Sushko, the founder and head of SOVa Teacher Training Studio, Anastasia Rybak, the CEO of SARGOI International Community Education Group, Anna Shovkaliuk, Cambridge University Press ELT consultant.
In the second half of the event, the participants of the conference worked in five different sections. 25 experienced teacher trainers were sharing their experience, inspiring, motivating and encouraging further creative and fruitful work.
It is worth mentioning that this 10-hour Saturday training took place thanks to well-organized and coordinated work of various KNUTE sections and departments.
