Victory of the KNUTE Student at the European Exposweet Confectionery Championship in Warsaw (Poland)
General Information
During February 17-18, 2019, Maksym Heiko, the student of the KNUTE Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Business Faculty, with the team of the Ukrainian Culinary Union participated in the European Confectionery Championship hosted by Warsaw (Poland). Over 1000 confectioners participated in the competition.
The work of the competition participants was evaluated by more than 20 professional jury members from different countries of the world. Ukraine was represented by Mariia Shramko, a member of the Ukrainian Culinary Union.
Maksym Heiko won a silver medal in the Sugar Flowers nomination.
