On September 26, 2019, the delegation of the Slovak Republic visited Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics within the framework of the Agreement on Cooperation between KNUTE and the Higher School of Economics and Management (Bratislava). The delegation was represented by Lubosz Tsybak, Head of the Department of Informatics and Higher Management (Bratislava), Mario Lelowski, First Vice President of the Slovak Association of Information Technology and First Vice President of the National Employers Union of Slovakia. Halyna Lakusta, Executive Director of the IT Association of Ukraine, coordinator of joint Ukrainian and Slovak Master's Programs Together visited the university together with Slovak colleagues.
The joint Ukrainian and Slovak Master's program "International Business Analytics" was initiated by the KNUTE Department of Cybernetics and System Analysis last October and approved by the Ministry of Education of Slovak Republic. Two KNUTE students, Olha Vasyleha and Vladyslav Seliverstov majoring in Digital Economics, have already started the double diploma program in Bratislava.
There was hold a meeting of the representatives of the School of Economics and Management and the students of the KNUTE Bachelor's and Master's Degree of the Faculty of Accounting, Audit and Information Systems, during which the guests of the University made a presentation of the program.
The guests told about the details of the joint Master's Program implementation and answered numerous questions of interested students and expressed their confidence in further mutually beneficial cooperation between the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics and the Higher School of Economics and Management (Bratislava).
