On October 15-18, the traditional regular international conference "Restructuring Management Innovativeness and Competitiveness in the Face of Changes" was held in Krynica-Zdrój, organized by this particular university. The conference was attended by more than 140 scientists from Europe, primarily from Poland. Foreign participants were represented by scientists from Italy, Serbia, as well as several universities in Ukraine. Among them, of course, the partner of Сraсow University of Economics - Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.

Two reports were presented by our scientists, namely A. Mazaraki, G. Duginets "Global value chains and the international migration among women", and N. Mazaraki "Amicable disputer esolution mechanisms as apparatus of efficiency in management", which were discussed lively by the plenary participants.

At the same time, taking the opportunity, Rector of the University Anatolii Mazaraki had talks with the Vice-Rector and the deans of the leading faculties of Cracow University of Economics, with whom we have academic links. They discussed, in particular, the launching of a new academic mobility program within the framework of European funding, as well as the possibility of developing a significant new multi-annual program under K2 Erasmus +.

Meetings with Polish scientists, as well as with representatives of universities from other countries allowed our scientists to exchange views on the further development of economic science in the conditions of transformation of the world economic system in the 21st century.
