84 full-time and part-time students of KNUTE and Zhytomyr College of Trade and Economics participated in the master classes.

David Michel Mizon, Baker Technology Independent Consultant from the UK, FRSPH Cert.Ed., world-renowned Baker and Pastry Master, Member of Worshipful Company of Bakers, Managing Director of Train2Bake.com Ltd, Member of the Bakers Honorary Guild, Jury Member of the International Confectionery Competitions, presented new ideas for Christmas table art, techniques for working with syrup dough and creating 2D Christmas Art Display made of bread (2D Christmas Art Display Breads).

Students were given the opportunity to improve their professional skills and to learn basic techniques of working with syrup dough and to make basic 2D-art bread products – 2D Art Breads.

Knud Erik Larsen, renowned Danish chef of KM Scandinavia, lecturer of Worlds Gastronomy Institute North European, Jury Member of the International Culinary Competitions, presented new ideas for preparing cold snaps, hot appetizers and desserts of the Christmas Scandinavian Party Menu. Chef Larsen surprised the audience with exquisite dishes with 5-year-old Danish herring based on an ancient Viking recipe, adapted by the chef and served in modern restaurant traditions.
