KNUTE at the IKA/Culinary Olympics in Stuttgart (Germany)
General Information
From 14 to 19 February 2020, the IKA/Culinary Olympics will take place in Stuttgart (Germany). It is organized by the World Association of Cooks Societies (WACS) and held once every four years. In 2016, 59 national teams from around the world participated in the World Culinary Olympics, held in Erfurt (Germany).
Ukraine will be presented by pastry chefs from different regions, including the post graduate student of the Department of Technologies and Organization of Restaurant Business Laysa Rybchuk, who is the winner of many national and international culinary competitions, and the Gold Award winner in confectionery at the IKA/Culinary Olympics 2016.
The participation of the national team in the culinary Olympics will promote a positive image of Ukraine among the international culinary community, increase interest in national culinary traditions, exchange of professional innovative experience, and popularization of the country at the international level.
