During the webinar on The Secret of a Successful Interview and Cover Letter, students received advice on writing a resume from the specialists of ANCOR PERSONNEL Ukraine LLC, which specializes in finding, selecting and leasing staff. The researcher Anna Tsymbal spoke about the basic requirements for the content and style of the resume. She emphasized the cases in which the resume is not taken into account at all, demonstrated different versions of the resume for comparison. Students and postgraduate students independently identified errors in resume samples and actively discussed them. HR-manager Olha Hryshko invited future HR managers to do an internship at the company to gain professional skills and practical experience in recruitment.

Olena Ohorodnyk, a recruiter for Deloitte & Touche USC LLC, who conducted a master class on How to Write a Cool Resume: Tips and Tricks focused on the peculiarities of working in the largest international consulting company with offices in 140 countries. The speaker said that the company receives up to 3,000 resumes for the vacancy of assistant auditor every year, so a must-have №1 for students is a correct resume structure. Ms. Olena spoke about common mistakes at the resume selection stage and stressed on attaching a business style photo, describing skills, especially by candidates with no work experience. Applicants asked many questions both on the air and in the chat and received full answers.
