«ProЛЮДЕЙ» («ProLYUDEY») is an innovative project of the Faculty of Restaurant, Hotel and Tourism Business

General Information

For the second year, the Faculty of Restaurant, Hotel and Tourism Business (FRHTB) is implementing the educational and practical project «HUBSPEAKERS IN TOURISM, HOTEL AND RESTAURANT BUSINESS» (#FRHTB_SAY), where hoteliers and restaurateurs with international experience, restaurant owners, travel companies and craft production owners share their experience with students.

A new innovative project «ProLYUDEY» was started at the initiative of the Student Self-Government Council of the FRHTB and with the hold up of the Department of Organizational and Educational Work and Information Support.

On February 16, 2022, the finalist of the reality show «MasterChef. Professionals-3», co-founder of Red Grill Ukraine, and chef of Alaska restaurant Mykola Lyulko was invited by SUTE. During the interview, he told why he chose the profession of a chef, for which he decided to take part in the project «MasterChef. Professionals-3», as well as about the restaurant Alaska and the peculiarities of the work of the chef, the importance of the psychological climate and management in all spheres of life, the activities of the Culinary Academy. Mykola Lyulko gave advice for novice cooks, noting that the work of a chef is the art of creating and realizing their knowledge and aspirations in creating delicious dishes.
