Webinar by Vita Lanskaya, a specialist in the field of baking, head of the «BAKERY» department at «Restoria Trade»

General Information

On April 13, 2022, a webinar on «12 steps to success - technological features of modern dough-making» was held at the Faculty of Restaurant, Hotel and Tourism Business of SUTE for students of 181 «Food Technologies» specialty by Vita Lanskaya, an expert in bakery technologies.

The lecture was organized by the staff of the Department of Technology and Organization of Restaurant Management within the study of disciplines «Technology of Craft Production», and «Confectionery and Bakery».

Vita Lanskaya is an experienced practitioner in the field of baking, head of the «BAKERY» department of «Restoria Trade». She accented to the urgency of developing food production in Ukraine in conditions of damage to the infrastructure, in particular, the rising popularity of small craft enterprises for food production, including bread and bakery products. The practitioner drew attention to the peculiarities of the 12 technological stages of bread production, noted the importance of each stage, shared the secrets of delicate work with dough, yeast, leaven «pete fermente»; gave advice on compiling author's recipes for craft bread and organizing their own craft bakeries.

The webinar caused professional interest and enthusiasm among students, future professionals, and managers who are able to generate innovative ideas and lead project teams to rebuild the food technology industry.
