PURPOSE OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM

Training of a new generation of highly qualified specialists capable of conducting effective legal activities in the field of financial, tax and banking law on the basis of advanced scientific achievements and best world practices.

Professional activity in the field of advocacy, notary, court (including international, arbitration courts) in the positions of judges, lawyers, notaries; secretary of the court session; secretary of the court; Secretary of the Judicial Board; court executor; court administrator; public / private executor; assistant private detective; insolvency receiver (property manager, rehabilitation manager, liquidator); assistant to the head of the enterprise (institution, organization); head of the tender department; assistant consultant of the people's deputy; assistant investigator.
