Student discussion platform "Protecting Your Privacy: How to Navigate the World of Personal Data"

May 22, 2023 a student discussion platform "Protecting Your Privacy: How to Navigate the World of Personal Data" was held at the State University of Trade and Economics in an online format. The event is dedicated to the discussion and research of the current state of personal data protection, the definition of the main standards of the legislative framework in the field of personal data, consideration of international practice and ways of integration and organization of a sustainable system of functioning of personal data both in Ukraine and on a global scale.
Experts in the field of personal data protection Artem Kobrin and Dmytro Korchynskyi - co-founders - joined the event of the Ukrainian public organization "Privacy HUB", which promotes the culture of personal data protection in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.
The moderators of the discussion were Taras Gurzhiy - doctor of legal sciences, professor, head of the department of administrative, financial and information law and Kateryna Luhova - head of the Scientific Society of students, post-graduate students, doctoral students and young scientists of SUTE, member of the Student Self-Government Council of the Faculty of International Trade and Law.
