The meeting was hosted by Ruslana Kryshtal, Head of the Bank's Innovation Development Centre at the head office. Her presentation focused on the organisation of work and peculiarities of the bank's main operations in the future, the principles of servicing individuals and legal entities, and the key principles of customer interaction in the context of digitalisation. During the tour, the students got acquainted with the organisation of the bank office space that meets the needs of the times and received answers about the important professional skills required by the bank's staff.

In 2021, JSC CB "PRIVATBANK" opened the first digital bank branch in Ukraine, which is a comfortable hub, operating without traditional cash desks, and is equipped with multi-touch screens, digital screens, and self-service terminals. Upon entering the branch, the customer is recognised using biometrics and immediately offered one of the transactions integrated into the Privat24 app. If you need to make a cash transaction, universal ATMs located in the branch and protected from outside influence will be useful.
