According to the results of practical training in the period from June 19 to September 16, 2023, students obtained professional skills, which will in the future guarantee their successful, productive and effective professional activity in the field of hotel and restaurant business. Students also had the opportunity to master communication skills in English and Bulgarian.

As a result, students of SUTE were awarded international certificates, which will be a guarantee of their professional development in the field of hospitality.

           "I gained good experience during my internship. First of all, it is communication with different people, the ability to work in a team, to seek certain agreements. In addition, I had the opportunity to try to work in different positions, take part in professional master classes on working with guests, meet many unrealistically beautiful people who have become my true friends. The practice of communicating in foreign languages is of great importance to me personally. I learned a lot of innovative information in the chosen professional environment, which I really need for further career growth."

"The internship in Bulgaria provided me with the opportunity to gain good experience and deepen my knowledge in the field of hospitality. In particular, I had the opportunity to get to know the culture of the service sector of another country, master the skills of using specialized software, improve my own communication skills with an international contingent of guests, and improve my English and Bulgarian language skills."

"In general, practice gave me the opportunity to deepen my knowledge and understanding of the functioning of the service sector, the principles and rules of communication with various segment audiences of the institution's guests, how to properly communicate with guests and how to keep them satisfied.

Guest service was provided in English, Bulgarian and Ukrainian, which provided an opportunity to improve foreign languages and learn the culture of different nationalities. In addition, during practice there was an opportunity to gain skills in working in stressful situations while accepting a large number of orders at the same time.

I am grateful to the university for the opportunity to acquire professional skills during practice, which in the future will become a good foundation for my career growth in the chosen field."
