Victorious race of SUTE track and field athletes
of Physical Training, Sports and Rehabilitation
On October 28-29, the Ukrainian Cross Country Championship was held in Bila Tserkva, which is a qualifier for the European Championship, which will be hosted by Brussels in December. 360 participants of national teams from 25 regions of Ukraine took part in the competition. The event was opened by the Minister of Youth and Sports of Ukraine Vadym Huttsait, the Mayor of Bila Tserkva Hennadii Dykyi and the Acting President of the Ukrainian Football Federation Olha Saladukha.
According to the results of the competition, SUTE students took the following places:
Victoria Shkurko - 1st place (FFO 3rd year, postgraduate student) - covered the distance of 2 km in 7:25
Tetiana Chornovol - 2nd place (FEMP 3-11) - covered the distance of 2 km in 7:37 (U23)
Alina Korsunska - 3rd place (FEMP 3-2) - covered the distance of 2 km in 7:59 (U23)
