As part of the events on the occasion of the Day of the Faculty of Finance and Accounting on April 24, 2024, a master class was held on the topic «Business analysis of plant production cost formation» The speaker of the event is Volodymyr Khochai, Director of Procurement and Distribution of the Agroprosperis Group of Companies, Director of AP Import LLC.
During the master class, the specifics of accounting and analytical support for managing the cost of crop production and the actual cost structure, supplier selection criteria and key risks during deliveries, as well as the specifics of foreign economic activity regarding the purchase of input resources were considered. The participants actively discussed the key areas of influence on the formation of the cost price of crop production.
