VI All-Ukrainian Student Scientific and Practical Conference “The science of the XXI century: challenges of the contemporaneity”

The Department of Modern European Languages of the Faculty of International Trade and Law together with the Department of Foreign Philology and Translation, Faculty of Trade and Marketing held the VI All-Ukrainian Student Scientific and Practical Conference “The science of the XXI century: challenges of the contemporaneity” on May 16, 2024.
The commencement of the conference was led by Tetiana Harbuza, PhD in Education, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of Modern European Languages. She warmly welcomed all attendees and guests, highlighting the conference's pivotal role as a significant scientific event within university life. Dr. Harbuza underscored the State University of Trade and Economics' extensive educational and international initiatives, which actively engage students in crucial projects. The importance of foreign language proficiency was emphasized as a vital component of education within the institution.
The Dean of the Faculty of International Trade and Law, PhD in Law, and Associate Professor of the Department of International, Civil, and Commercial Law, Yuliia Anatoliivna Honcharova, in her welcoming speech, emphasized the importance of students' research work. She noted that participation in such events contributes to broadening their horizons and professional growth, and she wished the students inspiration and success in their research endeavors.
The conference saw the participation of over 220 students from 16 educational institutions across Ukraine and the Slavic University of Moldova. Ukrainian educational institutions were represented by: the State University of Trade and Economics, Kyiv; Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv; National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine; Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute; Chernivtsi Trade and Economics Institute of SUTE; Cherkasy branch of the PHEI European University; Uzhhorod Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE; Ivan Franko National University of Lviv; Lviv University of Trade and Economics; Vinnytsia Cooperative Institute; Vinnytsia Institute of Trade and Economics of SUTE; Pavlo Tychina Uman State Pedagogical University, and others.
A total of 223 papers in English, German, and Polish were presented for discussion at the Conference. The event featured six discussion platforms covering various fields such as Economics, Finance and Audit; Information technologies; Philological sciences; International Trade and Law; Management, Marketing and Advertising; Psychology.
The Organizing Committee wishes to express its profound appreciation to all attendees for their enthusiastic engagement and invaluable contributions.
